Refund policy

At ALPHA Hats, we focus on providing exclusive, high-quality products. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we adhere to the following policy:

• Returns are accepted only within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• The product must be brand new, unused, and unopened.
• It must include its original box, certificate of authenticity, tags, and original packaging in perfect condition.
• The security seal must not be broken.

Once the product has been opened, the seal removed, or the item used, it will no longer be eligible for a return.

ALPHA Hats reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
